Nursery Class is having such a nice term.

We explored so many great topics such as transport, countries and languages around the world and let’s not forget one of our favourite topic Dinosaurs.

Children are learning to use sentences to describe these creatures from the past and they are amazing at remembering their difficult names.

We also learnt to tell the story “The Three Billy Goats Gruff” in our own words and continuing to learn our phonics.

So far, we looked at the letter S, A, T, I, P, N, C, K, E, H, R, M, D, G and this week O.

We are also continuing to learn to recognise numbers, practice our counting skills and starting to write the numbers ourselves.

In Nursery we love singing and dancing every time we can. We continue to learn French and Spanish songs and discover about music from around the world as well as playing instruments.

We even had a bit of snow one morning and we looked at what happens to Ice and we take it in class.

We had a art workshop and Mr Lamy was super impressed with the children ‘s involvement and hard work.

This week we celebrate Chinese New Year and we are having so much fun in our Restaurant and exploring the Chinese culture.
