Home readers go home in accordance with PE groups (Team Colours)
Monday: Yellow Team
Books will be changed on this day.
Tuesday: Red Team
Books will be changed on this day.
Wednesday: Blue Team
Books will be changed on this day.
Thursday: Green Team
Books will be changed on this day.
Please bring your book bag or backpack in on your book change day.
Children will bring home a book for pleasure (for you to read to them), and when they are ready, a book for them to 'read' to you (linked to phonics).
Please read to and listen to your child every day for at least 15 minutes and discuss what has been read.
- Please write the names of the books we send home in the reading record and leave a comment about how your child has engaged with the books. We welcome feedback about other stories you are enjoying at home too.
PE
Please send children in their PE kits; white t-shirt, jogging bottoms, trainers.
Reception PE is on Wednesday
