Last week, the school council representatives met with the Head Chef at Sebright, Ms Krause. Some great points of discussion opened up. The School Council will be gathering information and giving feedback to their classes about the following points:
- Where to display the menu.
- Communication with chefs about preferences and quantities.
- Can I have…?
- Could I try…?
- May I have …?
- Feedback and celebration.
- When children really like something, they need to say!
- Why we don’t have packed lunches.
- Snacks
- Food waste
- Food being taken outside
