To celebrate all the languages spoken around the world, students across all year groups have had the opportunity to explore and discuss the benefits of learning a language. KS1 and KS2 students have enjoyed ‘counting around Europe – and around the world’ together, learning numbers 1-3 in a range of languages, including Russian, German, Portuguese and Arabic. Year 4 and Year 6 students have practiced their times tables while learning Hungarian and Norwegian. All of them have enjoyed discovering interesting facts about the world of languages.
