Today (3rd July) we were lucky enough to take a trip to Pizza Express! First we learned a bit of history (the pizza oven came to London in 1964 from Italy!) and then we learned how to make a margarita pizza! We had a pizza base, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, dried spices and a basil leaf (the colours of the Italian flag!). We all got to make our very own pizza and they baked in what seemed like seconds! After our very own pizzas were handed back to us (yes, the ones we made ourselves!) we walked to a pavilion to have a taste! Absolutely brilliant. Thank you Pizza Express!
