Year 5 have been learning all about Buddhism today. We acted out the story of the Buddha and retold his story from the Palace to teaching. Here are some pictures of us acting.
As part of our RE day, we practised some meditation techniques. Buddha meditated under the fig tree and became enlightened.
We practised our sketching techniques in our brand new sketch books. We sketched the Eightfold Path Dharma wheel and gave our peers feedback to improve. I think you'll agree that we got better and better as the lesson went on.
