Year 6 - Design and Technology: Making a Frame Structure for an Orangutan

Year 6 ended their design and technology unit by making a frame structure for an orangutan. They were working for the 'Protection of Orangutans Organisation' (p.o.o) in order to design and create a model of a shelter. They used different materials and tools to join parts together to make it fit for purpose and evaluated their creations at the end against a set of criteria.
