Started off the day with our 8:15am departure for Youlbury – a short 2.5 hours later we arrived at the Scouts centre! After unpacking and settling into rooms, we ate our lunches and then were ready for the first activity of the day! Group 1 did the 3G swing, group 2 abseiling and group 3 Aerial Trek. We all started out at some pretty daunting heights, but as usual the students all did us proud and gave it their best. A quick 15 minutes after finishing the first activity we moved onto the second activity. Group 1 had abseiling, group 2 had 3G swing and group 3 did zip wire. They’re all exhausted but had so much fun! Dinner, more running and games, hot chocolate and then off to bed…. A brilliant day! We’ll be sure to update with more of our fun tomorrow!
