Extremely busy term for Year 6 students who have worked really hard at Sebright. Students have developed the ability to use context and previous knowledge to estimate new words, to identify words in written form through dictation using their phonics knowledge and work with a partner in dialogue and translation withing ‘En el restaurante’ topic. They are now able to order food and drinks from a restaurant and confidently use the first and third person singular of the frequent verb ‘querer’ (to want).
