Year 6 have fully embraced Sebright’s Big Draw. We focused on an artist called Pierre Yeves- Riveau. He is a French painter, graphic designer and illustrator, who focuses on using layers in his sketching. He sketches familiar objects but distorts them. We sketched an apple core with layers of destruction and buildings. Our focus was using tone and cross hatching to make our sketches more realistic.
