As we talked about different jobs we could do, we also turned our hands to being a chef! We learnt that you need to follow a recipe and use the right ingredients to be a successful baker! We used our recent maths learning about measurement and capacity to talk about how much of each ingredient we would need and then got to work weighing.
We used all of our senses as we got mixing, stirring and needing our mix whilst also talking about what it smelt and felt like.
The best part … discovering what it tastes like!!
